Build A Fair Easy Option Trading Bot With Etrade API

Looking for an experienced individual who knows the Etrade API very well, to build a fairly easy options trading bot. This will consist of half manual entry and half automation of buying/selling/stop losses/percentages. This will use a lot of what Etrade API already has. This bot will not use any AI to detect trends or algorithms for automated day trading or swing trading. You will get full requirements on the scope of the project. This will consist of having a back end and a front end GUI which should be fairly easy to use and comprehend and use. It should also come with a tutorial on how it functions.
