Brute force with dictionary on a web

I am participating in a CTF challenges competition. It is possible to post only one result every minut. If you post a incorrect answer, you have to wait a minute to try again. I want to try a lot of possible results and I want to automate the process. One friend told me to do it with OWASP, I don't know if it is possible.
