Azure function app to store messages from Azure Event Grid in Azure SQL database

I'm looking for a skilled and experienced Freelancer to create an Azure Functions application that stores messages from an Azure Event Grid in an Azure SQL database. The coding language I would prefer to use is Python but this is not a requirement. I do have a specific database schema to be used since the database is already configured. While I don't require any specific functions or triggers to be implemented in the Azure Function App, I do have a rough idea of the type of functions and triggers I would like to incorporate. The successful candidate for this project will need to understand the overall goal of the project and create a solution that meets my requirements.
