Automatically add an audio to any music platform when a database record is updated in Notion.so

In the Notion.so database, there are two important fields. One is an audio (could be a name of the audio file in text or a link to an audio using URI/URL). The other one is a checked box.

On update of a record i.e if the checkbox is checked, I want an app like Zapier/Integrate or a script to automatically detect this and add the URL to a playlist in a music app like Spotify.

Note: Spotify does not allow it's web api to interact with local audio files. If it did I could have done this myself by automating the process with Integrate and triggering the events between Notion and Spotify.
