Auto refresh and Screenshot utility

I’m looking for someone to build a utility/program that allows me to choose a webpage, screenshot it (and save to a chosen location), then refresh the page and screenshot again.

The refresh rate and amount of time to run it for would need to be adjustable through a simple interface.
