API expert | Remote

We are looking for an API expert to join an important project of ours with one of the top 5 retailers in the world.
In this role, you will work closely with the project manager and the development team defining tech guides and architecture.

Key skills:
Experience with Event-driven Programming & Architecture (EDA) – AsyncAPI (must have);
Experience with Java & Spring Cloud Streams;
Experience with Apache Avro;
Experience with Kafka (nice to have);
Ability to analyse, design and implement business requirements;
Experience in interfacing with Business Users and Consultants;
Degree in computer engineering or similar;
Fluent in English.

Work Details:
Location: remote;
Start date: ASAP (can start part-time and then move to full-time);
Daily rate: negotiable;
Contract details: long duration.
