I need a coder :)

All I need is an application that allows you to present 5 - 9 pictures with the option to select/replace images and following selection (aka touching a picture), it disappears... re-arranges the remaining pictures until they are all selected. I would like the application to have the option for the user to select how many times they would like all the pictures presented (e.g., 6 pictures, present the array 3 times total--- meaning 6 pictures --> selection --> 5 ..4...3..2..1. repeats again with entire set
Also looking for a coder who can then have the pictures be ranked by selection (e.g., picture 1 selected 1st 3 times and picture 6 selected on last trial 3 times -- least preferred).

I have videos if that helps explain it? Guessing this is an easy project, just need some help developing this program for my masters thesis (and hopefully then release in app store of some sort)
