Extract Data from CLip software desktop version

We are currently using Clip desktop version and they have moved to a less user friendly online/Cloud version. Currently charging us $500 plus per month to keep this version. We would like to cancel but want all of our data to still work. Trying to figure out if we will loose all access if we cancel or will files still be accessible since they are loaded on our computer. If losing, we will need someone to pull the data and put into usable files. Not sure what programming code this is written in but we are told it is outdated and Clip only has 1 person that has any experience with it.
