To find a blacksmith in India, with my conditions

Your mission :
You have to find a blacksmith in India, with my conditions:
- Place: India.
- He must to have his own enterprise and work with bill.
- He cant just give work to people and pretend he is blacksmith, i want to be in touch with the blacksmith himself.
- He must to have internet at home.
- He must to write in english by email.
- No payment by advence, i will Pay 100% only after i have received my order from blacksmith.
- He must to be experienced in blacksmithing.
- He must to be reliable and meeting its deadlines.
- I have bronze casting project too, so he must to know how to cast bronze.

Type of work asked: iron nails, iron belt buckles, iron arrow heads, iron spear heads, bronze casting...
Long-term cooperation, i will order each time my stock will be low.

After finding the right person, you will give me the name, email, phone and informations about his enterprise.
I will pay the Freelancer 100%, only after i will be sure i can work with the balcksmith with all my conditions.
