Supplier source - China - Tiawon, needs parts of roller blinds sourced for wholesale

I'm after someone to help me source for a number of parts that are made in china at various locations. im the the blind industry and would be interested in parts relating to roller blinds. I want to get better pricing. I have ongoing work for the right candidate - speaking Mandarin is a bonus. I would also be looking for someone who is able to negotiate with suppliers.
