Sourcing agent for home and living products out of wood and stainless steel in eastern europe

We are a young, dedicated family startup of the black forest from Germany and at the moment we are looking for a sourcing agent mainly for eastern europe.
We are specialized in kitchen products made of stainless steel with adapted wood elements and are now extending in the garden/outdoor market. At the end of this year we will have around 50 products in store and want to expand our portfolio to over 100 products in 2022.
In order to do so, we are looking for new partners in eastern europe, who can produce according to our customized requirements and meet high quality standards.
So it would be your task to find suppliers who are interested in a long term, trustworthy and for both sides profitable relationship and can meet our standards.

Our sourcing agent has to speak either english or german or both so we have no communication barriers when discussing projects or optimizing existing products.
Preferred skills would be languages like polish or czech to communicate with the suppliers in their mother tongue and a basic understanding of how wood and steel products are manufactured.
Our first outdoor/garden product is a fire bowl made of steel. This would be your first product to find a suitable supplier in the eastern europe region.
We start with simple products first and with time we could do more complex products with more components, for instance something like a hand grater.
First, we pay you a fixed price for the fire bowl and see how the collaboration works and when both sides are satisfied we can talk about more projects as we want to source at least 10 products in east europe by the end of this year.
