Sourcing Product / merchnat partners for an Ecommerce business

I am working on a project to expand a logistic business cross border shipping service provider to include a E-commerce store where we list products for Merchants and generate revenue by shipping through us, the operating business model can be as follows :
Dropshiping Model
Affiliate Model
Our consumer is in the Gulf reagon and we offer them the shipping and discounts from merchants.
The freelancer Job is to help us source products and vendors that are interested to work on the above mentioned operating model (priority to dropshipping), in the following countries:
China
UK
US
EU
Malaysia
Singaport
Turkey
the freelancer needs to generate strong leads, with decision makers who are interested in such partnerships and to sell products outside their geographical areas.
We don't have limitation in terms of categories as we are open to any brands, but we prefer to target niche unique Ecommerce merchants who are willing to list their products, a small to medium size Estores are the best to hunt for.
The freelancer will be paid for every list of 10 solid leads they provide, for every verified lead we will pay 5 USD (negotiable),
If any of the partnerships are singed we will offer a 10 USD reward.
