Sourcing Agent Needed in China

I'm manufacturing a lighting device and my current sourcing agent is very incompetent so would like to transfer the project from him to a new sourcing agent in Shenzhen, China or who lives around there to oversee the project. The new agent will work with the old agent to understand and receive the prototype sample, then organise suppliers to take the project into production and ship first batch to me.
