Solutions concept document on tender board approval process

Following the request from the Tender Board Chairman, its has
become imperative that we devise a more efficient means of presenting
contract award recommendations. This also requires an improved way of
approval by the TB members
For data analytics, ease of monitoring and compliance checks, lastly, the
approvals form supporting document for PO and BPA creation
The SCM team requires a platform where contract award
recommendations can be presented for TB Member’s review, approvals or
rejections.
