A flat requires a skilled decorator to turn it into a clean, modern home. Your responsibility is furniture sourcing and decoration only, with a strong emphasis on delivery timing and execution.
Scope
– Style: contemporary, refined, minimalist, timeless. Avoid avant-garde or conceptual designs.
– Spaces: living room, dining area, and one bedroom only (kitchen excluded).
– Objective: a visually coherent, balanced, and elegant environment. Comfort matters, but aesthetics take priority.
What I expect
• One unified design concept that connects all rooms.
• A full sourcing plan covering furniture, lighting, textiles, and décor items, all available in Milan or deliverable to Milan within budget.
• A detailed execution timeline that includes confirmed delivery dates for every proposed item, as I plan to move in as soon as possible.
Concept boards, 3D mockups, or sketches are welcome as long as the visual direction is clear. Supplier contacts in Milan are a plus; online sourcing is acceptable.
