Our focus is on procuring high-quality glass bottles, gift boxes, and ceramic jars to enhance our product offerings.
We are seeking a Virtual Product Procurement Assistant proficient in sourcing products directly from manufacturers in Mexico. Fluency in Spanish and a proven track record in product sourcing are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Sourcing: Identify and engage with reputable manufacturers in Mexico for glass bottles, gift boxes, and ceramic jars.
Sample Coordination: Communicate effectively with manufacturers to arrange the acquisition of product samples.
Confirm the legitimacy and reliability of manufacturers through thorough research and due diligence, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
Negotiation: Negotiate favourable terms, including pricing, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
Qualifications:
Experience in product procurement or sourcing, with a focus on the Mexican market.
Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English.
