Ecommerce Operations for homeware, lifestyle products and artwork (sourcing, logistics, customer service) - Launch

I'm a new artist and designer. I'm launching homeware, lifestyle products and artwork (print). My business model is drop ship. I need a freelancer to help with the operations of eCommerce.

BUSINESS BACKGROUND

Selling: I will sell on my own website (Shopify site to be launched), potentially on the marketplace (Etsy, Trouva etc).

Customers: Niche market. Customers are primarily in the UK and EU.

Products:
Lifestyle products: Yoga mat, etc
Homeware: kitchenware, apron, cushions, etc
Artwork: Prints of my artwork as wall art; Greeting Cards etc

I’m based in Somerset, U.K.

FREELANCER RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage operations for the business launch (Phase 1). If our collaboration is successful we'll have the opportunity for ongoing running of my e-commerce operations (Phase 2)

Sourcing: find dropship/print-on-demand suppliers
Logistics: place orders, communications etc
Order management
Customer service
And other operational tasks (tbc)

The immediate sourcing need is finding suppliers for yoga mats and aprons, potentially dinnerware.
