On-Demand printing a message and mailing of invitation cards in the U.S.
Scope of work
- Receive pre-printed cards and envelopes (sent by me).
- Print personalized messages inside each card.
- Insert the card into the envelope.
- Add printed address labels and postage.
- Mail envelopes via USPS or similar service.
- Handle variable card quantity demands from 0-10 daily to 100 on campaign days.
- Initial batch: 500 cards and envelopes will be sent for fulfillment.
- Ongoing: We expect to continue with more batches throughout the year.
- Please provide your pricing per card, which includes printing, handling, and mailing.
