Data Driven Product and Supplier Sourcing for maternity clothing

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me with data driven product and supplier sourcing for maternity clothing. My target price range for the clothing is low and I am specifically interested in dresses, leggings, and women clothing. I do not have a preference for supplier location. I am looking for someone who knows how to get suppliers that can supply in low rate/shipping cost to offset market prices for any particular product (this is where heavy insider research comes in).
