Description:
I’m looking to contract a product development and sourcing specialist to help me bring a new beard oil sheen spray to market. The goal is to create a travel-sized aerosol spray (75ml–100ml max) similar in function and fragrance to the popular ORS Olive Oil Sheen Spray, but with a custom formulation tailored for beard use.
This project will involve both product development and end-to-end sourcing—from formulation and packaging to identifying reliable manufacturers.

Project Objectives:
1. Product Requirements:
• Aerosol spray can (must continuously spray when button is pressed)
• 75ml–100ml max (must be air-travel-friendly)
• Safe for use on and around the face (designed for beards)
• Free from fluorocarbons and drying alcohols
• Light, pleasant fragrance similar to ORS Olive Oil Sheen Spray
• Non-comedogenic (won’t clog pores), non-greasy, and non-fogging
2. Mandatory Ingredients (Custom Blend):
• Jojoba Oil
• Coconut Oil
• Rosemary
• Vitamin E

What I Need From You:
• Assist with sourcing a formulation chemist or lab (if you don't do it yourself)
• Identify and contact aerosol manufacturers or fillers capable of handling small batch runs (initial order: 1,000 units)
• Ensure manufacturers comply with cosmetic product regulations
• Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, and myself as needed
• Provide guidance on product testing and compliance (basic level)

Ideal Candidate:
• Experience with cosmetic or personal care product development
• Strong network of formulation chemists and aerosol manufacturers
• Familiarity with international product regulations, especially EU/UK standards
• Able to help with small-batch manufacturing and scalability
