Help Me Find, Place and Format My Training Manual on a SUITABLE Platform
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
My nearly 20-year old company is international/national in scope and provides training for those who want to start their own business. Training is done one of two ways: 1) live with clients coming to my city, 2) via telephone and Zoom.
My current training manual, which was initially prepared in MSWord, then was converted into an exe file with an ebook compiler and placed on my server. Clients access it with a link and password that are provided. My current ebook compiler is Natada but, apparently, they are no longer in business.
I’m seeking a person who can essentially copy and paste MSWord content (or html files), place them into whatever platform is chosen, and successfully format it. Thinkific may be the chosen platform; Kajabi is definitely out of the question due to its ongoing cost. Perhaps there are others worth investigating. I prefer NOT to pay more than $35/month for a platform. I don’t plan to use Udemy either. Help me out here with your knowledge and experience.
My requirements for the finished product include: clients must NOT be able to send the link or password to others or pass it on in any other way; clients must NOT be able to copy and paste; clients MAY be able to print the entire manual. I MUST be able to edit the training manual with ease.
The content is 99% text with very few images plus there are numerous links to outside websites. The number of pages in MSWord format currently is about 150.
This report will involve some research, formatting and editing skills.
FIRST, you will need to research potential platforms and direct me to their website so I can do my evaluation. SECOND, after I purchase the program, you’ll then be given all the content to complete the project.
