RAW Event Photographer for Ambrosia Botanicals Booth – Full IITF Coverage (14 Days)

Location: Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi
Duration: 14–27 November (14 days) | 6–8 hrs/day

Overview:
Ambrosia Botanicals is seeking a RAW-only photographer for complete coverage of our exhibition booth at the India International Trade Fair. No editing, video, or post-production — RAW files only.

Scope of Work (RAW Photography Only)
You will capture comprehensive RAW image coverage of:
• Product displays (multiple angles, close-ups, lighting variations)
• Booth ambiance & setup (daily changes, decor, signage)
• Visitor interactions (candid moments with potential buyers, team engagement)
• Team activities (group photos, staff in action)
• Crowd & footfall (contextual shots of booth traffic)

Deliverable:
All RAW image files shot each day
• Handed over daily via hard drive / fast transfer (end of each shooting day)
• No cutting, no editing, no retouching
• Minimum 300–500 usable RAW shots per day (higher volume preferred)
• Product photo-15 high quality images.
• 30-60sec promo video
