Puyuan Jewellery Exhibit Photography
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
My jewellery collection will be showcased at the Puyuan JCC Jewellery Design Biennale in Puyuan Fashion Town, roughly 1.5 hours from Shanghai, and I need a photographer who can capture the story of the installation from start to finish.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Candid coverage while the display is being set up so I have behind-the-scenes images that show the craftsmanship of the pieces and the atmosphere of the venue.
• Close-up detail shots of key jewellery pieces once everything is perfectly arranged.
• A portrait of me with the finished display—simple, authentic and well-lit.
• Return on opening night to document guests naturally interacting with the work, plus a handful of posed shots if time allows. The focus remains on genuine moments rather than heavily staged imagery.
All edited, high-resolution files should be delivered digitally (JPEG or TIFF) within a week of the event, with basic colour correction and light retouching where needed. If you prefer working with Lightroom, Capture One, or another tool, that’s fine; please mention it so I can plan file hand-off smoothly.
Travel to Puyuan will be the photographers responsibility and any necessary on-site coordination with the Biennale team will be arranged in advance. If this assignment fits your style and schedule, let’s discuss dates and any equipment requirements you might have.
