Looking for Product Photographer and Videographer with Advanced Editing Skills

We want to do a product photography and videography in Sydney.

We need the person to do a photoshoot of the product. A promo video for the product itself, a video for owners talking about the product and another video for customer testimonial.
The photographer/videographer is expected to advise us about the location and timing other things like props, lighting, backdrop and background needs to be managed by the person. We also need creative directions from the person which he/she needs suggest us whats best for the overall shoot. We also want to get edited photos and videos as a final piece. We also would need raw footage for these shoots
