Indore Cafe Product Photography
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Budget 10k a month
Our café in Indore is updating every touch-point a guest sees, from table tents to Instagram stories, and fresh product photography sits at the heart of this refresh. The assignment is entirely product-focused: showcase beverages, desserts, and plated menu items in a way that instantly communicates their flavour and atmosphere.
The final images will be displayed inside the café—think menu boards, counter displays, and wall prints—and will also be repurposed for digital promotions, so files must remain sharp across both large-format print and compressed social uploads.
On-site shooting is required at the café during daylight hours (natural light is preferred, though I’m open to a controlled lighting setup if you can bring or arrange it). Styling props are available in-house, but you’re welcome to suggest additional elements that elevate the scene.
Deliverables
• 20–25 fully edited, high-resolution JPEGs (300 dpi) suitable for large prints
• Web-optimised versions of the same images (1080px longest side, <1 MB each) for social posting
• All RAW files transferred via Google Drive or WeTransfer for archival use
Acceptance criteria
• True-to-product colours; no filters that alter menu item appearance
• Consistent lighting and framing across the set
• No visible clutter or branding conflicts in the background
Shoot dates are flexible this month, though a mid-week slot helps avoid peak service hours. Turnaround of edits within five business days of the shoot keeps us on schedule for print production. If that timeline or any technical detail needs adjustment, just flag it—quality and minimal disruption to café operations are the priorities.
