Event Photographer Required
Budget: $1,000 – $1,200 USD
We are looking for an event photographer for GITEX 2025 from 13–17 October and I want a dedicated photographer on-site for the full five days. Your brief is twofold:
• Event coverage: capture keynote moments at our stand, visitor interactions, VIP meetings, and the overall energy of the show floor.
• Product showcase: create clean, well-lit shots of our product both in-booth and in a controlled setting nearby so we can release press-ready images during the exhibition.
We will supply a shot list before day one, but also expect you to work autonomously: scout angles, manage ambient lighting, and direct quick micro-setups when needed. Daily highlight selects (10–15 lightly edited JPEGs) should reach us in mid day for real time coverage and each evening for social posts; the full, color-corrected gallery in high-resolution RAW + JPEG can follow within one week of the event’s close.
