Electrical Stock eBay Lister based near Widnes, Cheshire, UK

Job ID: 40476875

Budget: £250 – £750 GBP

I need an experienced eBay seller who can spend a day or two at our premises in Widnes cataloguing a big batch of surplus electrical installation parts—well over a hundred individual lines of MCBs, RCBOs, control gear, cable reels and assorted wiring accessories.

Here’s how the job flows. You’ll work on-site so nothing leaves the warehouse. Each item needs a clean, well-lit photo set against a plain white background; if you have a portable light-box or similar kit you’ll fly through the shoot much faster. After shooting, you’ll create the live eBay listings from from your own laptop. Every listing must clearly state the brand and model number plus the condition which is new old stock. Once the listings are published I’ll review them and release the final sign-off.

Deliverables
• Ebay compatible JPEGs for every item, cropped and colour-corrected if needed.
• Fully optimised eBay listings that include title, description, price, quantity, shipping template, brand, model number and condition notes.
• A final spreadsheet export from Seller Hub so I have an offline record.

Acceptance criteria: no listing goes live without at least one sharp, well-exposed photo; brand/model and condition fields must never be left blank; you can make multiple visits if needed. I would like to list around 100 items, see what response we get, then list them in further batches as required. As long as the manufacturers part number is given in the listing, together with the basic description of the item thats all the detail thats needed apart from a photo or two. I have attached 2 photos of a typical item, this is a miniature circuit breaker. Obviously these are just pictures taken with a phone so better pictures would be needed for listing.

You will work from a list which includes the description, part number, price, and location of the items in our warehouse so you can simply pick them off the shelf, photograph them, even take a small photo booth on a trolley up and down the shelves if its easier, then put them back on the same shelf. There are only a maximum of 3 people working in the warehouse so there is plenty of space.

once you have the photos and description you could go back home to list them.

If you’re local, organised and know your way around eBay, I will be very interested

Alternatively if you are an Ebay trader yourself and would like to make offers for any of the stock, and then sell them yourself, I would be very willing to consider this.

I have put the budget at £250 to £750 but price would need to be negotiated
