Creative Graphic Designer 10 Premium Website Graphics (Long-Term Opportunity)

We are looking for one skilled graphic designer to create 10 high-quality website banners, infographics, and marketing graphics. This is a Long-Term Collaboration Opportunity. Designers with strong photo enhancement and marketing graphic experience will be prioritized.
We are NOT looking for agencies, companies, or design teams. We are seeking one designer to work with directly. Please do not waste your time, we appreciate agencies, however we are looking for a personal relationship with a single individual.
DESIGN REQUIREMENTS -
1) Original compositions, not template-based designs. The selected designer should create custom layouts and enhance the provided images using professional tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
2) No AI-generated images. All submitted work will be reviewed for authenticity.
3) We will provide the base photos and visual assets, and we need a designer who can transform them into polished, visually striking marketing graphics.
4) The goal is to make the images feel premium, modern, and visually impactful through strong composition, color work, lighting adjustments, and typography.
SCOPE OF WORK -
Create 10 custom graphics that include banners, images, and infographic-style visuals.
ASSETS WE WILL PROVIDE -
1) Base photos and images.
2) Logo and branding elements.
3) Website colors and design direction.
4) Example styles we like.
IMPORTANT: You will have creative control over layout, composition, typography, and visual styling to produce the most compelling final graphics.
TIMELINE -
1) Final delivery expected within 5 days.
2) We should need no more than 2 revision rounds, and those would be initially when choosing a "look" we like. There will no none if the design direction is strong from the start.
PAID DESIGN TEST -
To ensure the best fit, we will conduct a small paid design test ($5) with our top 3 candidates.
We will provide:
1 image , along with design instructions.
Each person will create one quick concept draft. This test is only to evaluate design style, creativity, and communication. The designer who performs best will be selected for this project.
