Ahmedabad Cloth Swatch Photography
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have more than five hundred fabric swatches that must be photographed here in Ahmedabad for immediate use on our e-commerce listings. Colour fidelity, sharp focus and even lighting are non-negotiable because customers will choose shades purely from these images. Each file needs to come to me twice—one high-resolution master and one web-optimised copy—both clearly tagged with the swatch code I provide so my team can upload them straight to the product pages.
I’m flexible on the exact backdrop; I originally considered a clean white surface but am open to your professional guidance if a subtle texture or other approach will help the colours read true online without distracting the shopper. Whichever route you recommend, consistency across the full set is essential.
Typical fashion-product skills such as colour-correction, exposure matching, and lint removal in post are expected. Turn-around time is important but quality comes first, so let me know how many swatches you can realistically shoot and edit per day.
Deliverables:
• 500+ edited JPEGs (3000 px minimum on the longest edge)
• Matching web versions (1500 px)
• Logical file-naming/tagging that mirrors my swatch codes
• A short style sheet so future shoots match this look
If you are already equipped with a macro lens, proper softbox lighting, a colour-calibrated workflow (Spyder, X-Rite or similar) and experience shooting textiles for online catalogues, I’d love to see a sample or two of comparable work along with your timeline.
