Digital Product Sales Boost

I need an experienced marketer to help increase sales for my SaaS product for filmmakers.

Main problem:
- Currently getting free trials but not converting them to paid subscribers
- Over 500 free trials,fewer than 20 conversions to paid customers
- Additionally, there's over 1,500 additional leads to work from various sources including ad campaigns for lead magnets, and also from a short film festival that I own

I need someone to analyze user flows, and to develop an in app plan and external content, to drive conversions. This requires:
- Mock ups of better user flows
- Mock ups of guides, tips, pop ups, etc inside the app to guide the user
- Improving messaging on website pages to better align the value to customer pain points
- Developing email cadences to educate on the product and its value
- Developing social media content to educate on the product and its value

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in digital product marketing
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and email marketing tools
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
- Ability to analyze and report on campaign performance
