Much of our emphasis in 2022 will be around scaling and maturing our product discovery and investment decision-making process surrounding which opportunities we choose, or don’t choose, to do as an organization. We’ll want candidates that can help us both define a process AND implement it inside of tools like Smartsheet from a facilitation and reporting perspective.
From a very tactical standpoint, we’re looking for people that can help us with the following:
Provide administrative setup, monitoring, tracking, reporting on the intake funnel process
Ensure we are capturing ALL activity impacting capacity on the engineering teams (estimation, discovery, resilience, maintenance, new feature development, Torque, security, KTLO)
Provide reporting on the above so we can factually understand where time is being spent
Provide input on suggestions / recommendations for improving the process
Provide recommendation and initial setup of intake process in Smartsheet
