We are looking for support and coaching on Product Management

As a business we have a product development program but lack the structure behind it to make it truly efficient and effective. We are looking for ways to speed up the process as well. Ideally we are looking for someone to engage with the business part time to advise, provide structure and coach the current team to adopt better processes, so need to be UK based and able to come to site (Hampshire, UK). The products are glasshouses and associated accessories (mechanical design based).
