WooCommerce Product & Image Import

I need to bring a batch of physical products into my WooCommerce store and make sure every item carries over its high-resolution images without a hitch. All product data (titles, SKUs, prices, descriptions and the image file paths) is ready; what’s missing is the actual import work and any cleanup that might be needed once everything lands in the catalogue.

At the moment I’m not certain whether my current category tree is ideal, so after you review the file you may need to advise—or, if it proves faster, re-organise the categories before the import runs.

Key points for the job
• Products: physical items only, no digital downloads or services in this batch.
• Images: high-resolution files must be attached as featured images and gallery slides, displaying correctly on product, shop and thumbnail views.
• Tools: I’m comfortable if you use WooCommerce’s native CSV importer, WP All Import, or another plugin you trust—whatever guarantees a clean, duplicate-free upload and preserves SEO-friendly image names.
• Verification: once the import is finished I’ll click through the front-end to ensure every product loads, images render sharply, categories make sense and stock counts match the spreadsheet.

Deliverables
1. Completed product import with all high-res images assigned.
2. (Optional) Revised or confirmed category structure, documented so I can keep it consistent.
3. A brief how-to or log of the steps taken, in case I need to repeat the process for future collections.

If anything in the feed looks off before you start (column mapping, missing attributes, oversized images), flag it so we can correct it early and keep the store clean.
