Technical Product Requirements Document

I'm planning to create a tool that integrates with third-party APIs such as Google Workspace, Slack, and 1password.com to allow people to easily enable / disable accounts on those services for their organization. I need help putting together a technical Product Requirements Document to define requirements, workflows, processes, and generally turn this concept into actionable deliverables.
