Technical Product Manager needed
-Hands-on experience with specifying and developing video camera products.
-Experience with video image processing and machine learning as a core value source of your product.
--Solid knowledge of the available chipset suppliers and platforms for video camera products, functionalities they support as well as advantages and disadvantages they possess
- Xunison strategy into a strategic technology backlog for our Product Platform that delivers a superior customer experience and operations vs. our competitors
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the entire Organisation to determine strategy, roadmap and product requirements
- Identify and align competing priorities with transparent and repeatable frameworks to optimise the medium-to-long term impact for Xunison
- Communicate the vision and requirements to the development team and support the Agile processes (daily scrum, estimation, etc).
-Work hands-on with Engineering teams to determine stories and breakdown tasks while also reviewing and advising on ongoing product development
-Leading the requirements gathering effort based customer requirements and based on where on latest Smart Home and IoT thinking
-Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, stocking, grooming and prioritising backlog.
-Ensuring the timely availability and accuracy of requirements, so the engineering teams can develop software as efficiently as possible.
-Producing release plans, running show and tells and producing release communications.
-Keeping Technology and Product Management well informed of the status of development, requirements and scope.
-Creating high-quality, easily maintained deliverables and documentation
-Perform Validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
-Understanding the dependencies between technology components and how they combine to deliver solutions to the end consumer and to the business.
-Balancing commercial needs against technical requirements and capabilities.
-Understanding the impact on our customers and staff by maintaining strong relationships between product management and operational readiness teams.
Experience
-An experienced, data driven and highly collaborative Technical Product Manager with a strong growth mindset
-You have defined and delivered on a product vision and strategy that drives impact.
-You have broken down complex problems by applying easy to understand frameworks.
-You have worked across multiple engineering teams and provided product direction from discovery to delivery.
-You have measured the success of your products across large scale releases and continuous optimisation.
-Telco experience is a plus
-At least 5 years' experience in a similar discipline
-Experience in defining business requirements
-Experience in influencing working practice change across analysis and development departments
-Experience working in a multi-product environment would be advantageous
