Shopify product collection from Vendor Product Extraction

I’m reorganising my Shopify store and need every product from my vendor’s site copied over into a neat, reload-ready package. The job splits into two clear parts:
1. Media download
• Save every image and video to a local folder structure that follows a custom naming convention I will share once we start. The visual quality can remain as-is; I don’t need you to enhance or compress anything.
2. Data capture
• Populate a single Excel workbook with all the basics each product needs to be re-imported to Shopify—title, handle, SKU, product description (this detail is essential), plus any other core columns Shopify expects even if they are left blank for now.
• Pricing, stock levels and other advanced fields are not required unless you happen to notice them while scraping; focus on the description above all.
I will provide:
• The vendor website URL and access instructions.
• A short spec for the folder and file-name pattern (our custom convention).
• A sample spreadsheet template so you can match column headers exactly.
Acceptance criteria
• Folder tree mirrors the agreed convention, with media correctly named.
• Excel file opens without errors and imports cleanly into Shopify’s bulk upload tool.
• Product count in the sheet matches the count on the vendor site.
