Scrum Master/Product Manager
Budget: $8 – $20 USD
We are looking for a long-term relationship with a freelancer. Our company develops and provides HR software solutions as a Cloud based service. We are in need of an experienced Product Manager for full time work of 160 hours per month. Strong experiences in Agile, Scrum, Software development processes and maintaining a small team of international developers (8+).
Tasks:
• Understanding our software and planning new features
• Planning our Sprints and Publishing new versions
• Assigning developers to tasks and keeping track of progress
• Answering developer questions (Business logic)
• Conducting daily SCRUM meeting
• Watching development milestones/deadlines
• Evaluating Defects/Features from Quality Assurance / Clients
• Writing specifications, planning new features, Creating Mockups
• Maintaining Product Backlog
• Software Testing/Precheck of new features
Freelancer must be willing to work between 09:00 am to 06:00 pm Central European Time.
