Require product, strategy and mvp consultation for my startup

I have identified a particular user pain point, especially higher when in a new city environment. It would be a good MVP challenge. Mostly I want your help in how to execute the concept appropriately and potentially define the MVP scope. I have developed a design to demonstrate the view of my execution but stuck at one point. I need a product manager who had relevant experience in the social media space.
