Project/Product manager for an ongoing healthcare Saas project.

Main purpose of the job:
With a vision to be the most reliable, trusted and innovative healthcare ecosystem platform in the middle east by providing an individualized and patient-oriented healthcare experience, we -Specssa- are a healthcare cloud solution with a mission to renovate and digitalize the patient healthcare experience in a more individualized, reliable and easy to use experience throughout the MENA region that goes hand to hand with the Saudi Arabia 2030 vision of digitizing healthcare.
We are currently a team of 13 people from around 4 different contents working together day to day. Our work culture provides an independent and healthy work environment where hard-work is highly appreciated and everyone with critical problem solving skills and out of the box thinking will have a seat at the table. We are at the phase of launching our MVP very soon.

JOB TITLE: Product/Project Manager
JOB TYPE: Part-time long-term engagement, 15-25 hours a week availability to work.
SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: Reporting directly to Co-founders and CEO.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Operation:
○ Performing daily check-ins on work progress.
○ Managing daily scrums with team members.
○ Attending weekly all-hands meetings.
○ Scoping and prioritizing activities.
● Business Development:
○ Researching markets.
○ Tracking competition practices & strategies.
○ Validating customer personas & market segmentation.
○ Engaging with shareholders & interested parties.
○ Developing product pricing & positioning strategies.
○ Finding potential local partners for marketing and BD.
● Documentation:
○ Writing business cases, executive summaries, business strategies, …etc.
○ Maintaining roadmap updates.
○ Managing team KPIs.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
Qualifications:
● Bachelors in engineering/computer science/ business management.
● Basic tech knowledge.
Experience:
● Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a product/project manager.
● Demonstrated success defining and launching products.
● Previous experience in healthcare Saas platforms ( preferable ).
● Demonstrated knowledge and understanding in the healthcare market.
Skills:
● Soft:
○ Excellent verbal & written communication.
○ Organization and ownership of deadlines.
○ leadership.
○ Keen eye to details.
○ Critical and design thinker.
● Tech:
○ Ability to use the following tools; Figma, Clickup, AWS, Google Workspace.
○ Experience in SEO, PPC, SEM, Paid Media.
○ Knowledge of UI/UX
○ Ability to write product features & explaining workflow.
