Production: wooden mouthpieces

We would like to produce about 20 000 wooden mouthpieces per month. The type of wood is irrelevant for the time being. It only has to be smoke-tight. In the attachment you can see a picture of a plastic mouthpiece. It should look something like this. The dimensions are:
Upper diameter: 10 mm
Lower diameter: 5 mm
Length 8.5 mm
Wedge-shaped
Production preferably in China
