An e-commerce app wants to be the most seller friendly e-commerce portal in the world. They have already launched several industry first initiatives such as 0% commission for their sellers. Your task is to come up with a product strategy & road map for a seller app to be used by its sellers (not resellers) to manage & grow their business on the platform.
Request you to please focus your time on articulating features that should be part of this app and the rational behind them.

Logistics (detailed breakdown: managing returns, delivery, etc.)
Inventory Management
Rating Management
Comprehensive Analytics
Research & Identification of Pain Points
Primary Research:
User interviews (e.g., speaking to 5M sellers, if possible).
Secondary Research:
Analysis of search trends, YouTube videos, FAQs, reviews, and comments on official videos/platforms.
Seller reviews on app stores and other platforms.
Pain Point Segmentation:
Map pain points to seller journey stages.
Prioritization of Pain Points
Framework:
Enabler: Critical issues without which sellers can’t operate.
Good to Have: Enhancements that improve experience but aren’t blockers.
Proposed Solutions
For each pain point, propose actionable solutions.
Prioritization using the RICE Framework (Reach, Impact, Confidence, Effort).
Defining the Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
Features addressing the most critical pain points.
Design & Functional Guidelines
High-level design principles and functionality expectations.
Stakeholders & Resource Requirements
Key roles needed for execution:
