Position Overview
We’re seeking a mission-driven Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our healthcare technology offerings. You’ll own the product lifecycle, from roadmap to release, and champion features that transform how individuals access and experience care.
Responsibilities
Define and prioritize product features based on user needs and business goals
Collaborate with engineering, design, and clinical teams to ship updates
Conduct user research and market analysis to drive product decisions
Use data to assess performance and optimize for conversion and retention
Ensure product roadmap aligns with compliance, accessibility, and scalability
Qualifications
4+ years in product management, ideally in digital health or SaaS
Strong understanding of user-centered design and agile development
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with HIPAA and digital health regulations
Clear, strategic thinker and strong communicator
