• Manual testing across current mobile builds and the companion web interface, exploring edge cases that slip past automated suites.
• Clear, structured bug tracking and reporting so issues move swiftly from discovery to resolution.
Alongside those essentials, I also value actionable improvement recommendations that tie each finding back to user experience and product goals.
I’ll share access to the staging environments, user flows, and existing test documentation. You’ll return concise test plans, reproducible bug reports (screenshots, logs, steps), and a prioritised list of UX or workflow enhancements.
