Project Description:
Creating a digital space to help consumers shop.

Tasks:
• Lead of product strategy and roadmap;
• Build the team structure and culture, who will design and develop the subscription experiences of tomorrow;
• Customer lifecycle mapping and touch points development;
• Partner with engineering to shorten the cycle of feature to test to launch;
• Influencing the brand identity and design language
