Product Growth & Quality Optimization

## Responsibilities
* Generate qualified leads by connecting with HRs, colleges, and companies hiring interns and fresh graduates.
* Promote and onboard employers to our hiring platform through online events and product demonstrations.
* Perform end-to-end functional testing of the product and identify usability issues.
* Report, track, and verify bugs using Jira.
* Collect customer feedback and recommend product improvements.
Acceptance Criteria for Payment
- Generate 1000 or more qualified college student onboarding & 80% profile completion from a specific college in a city.
- Conduct at least 20 online student demo sessions or outreach events in 6 months. After reviewing the content with me.
- Execute 100 or more functional test cases across new and existing product features.
- Document and share at least 30 actionable customer feedback insights or feature recommendations that are collected via Demos or student intraction.
- add 500 genuine student followers for linked pages , WhatsApp channel , facebook pages and insta in each platform.
