Producer YouTube (English and Russian required)

We are looking for a Product Manager/Producer (YouTube)
to create videos for an English-language entertainment YouTube project with several channels and millions of views!
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
You have at least 1 year of experience with YouTube projects
You have a good level of English and Russian (at least intermediate/above intermediate)
You are aware of current trends (memes, jokes, movies, TV shows, etc.);
You are ready to take responsibility.
You are attentive to detail and able to find a small, unnoticeable error in a large amount of data;
You are proactive, inquisitive, persevering, able to work with a large amount of data, can remember and recall what image you saw three weeks ago, on what channel, what the video was called in order to find it again at the right time;
You take feedback easily and are willing to learn;
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Control the processes of the YouTube channel. Your areas of responsibility: checking the research
managers to select new videos for the channel, controlling video production at every stage, reviewing the work of project content managers, making edits (at the script and editing stages), working with the team, and regular market analytics. You control all links of production, from the idea to uploading videos to the channel;Communicate with contractors and organize the work process based on the schedule for uploading videos to the channel;Be creative in finding new topics for videos, be a member of team brainstorms;Regularly review analytics, look for new strategies for working within YouTube, optimize current processes, create new ones.

Part of your job is to watch a lot of entertaining, informative videos on all media resources and participate in the creation of videos that will be seen by millions of viewers around the world;Growth opportunities within the project (including financial);A mandatory point is to complete a test task with a real task: this will help you better understand our principles of work in practice and determine whether you are on the same wavelength with you. In case of successful completion of the test task, the next stage is a video interview.
