Monthly Fixed Work Freelancer request

Each workday—8 hours, 26 days a month—will be dedicated to keeping my catalog accurate and up-to-date across several marketplaces and my own website. Product upload is the single most common task, so expect to spend the bulk of the shift creating new listings, assigning categories, writing concise descriptions, and attaching the right attributes in the back-office dashboards I’ll give you access to.

Alongside uploads, I’ll regularly assign you to:

• redesign or resize images so every listing has clean, professional visuals (any tool you’re comfortable with—Adobe Photoshop, Canva, GIMP, or others—works for me)
• collect missing product data from manufacturer sites, PDFs, or spreadsheets and merge it into the listing template
• revise pricing when campaigns change and push inventory updates so stock counts stay accurate

Work is all web-based; you’ll log in to the marketplaces and my custom site, follow the standard operating procedures, and record progress in a shared Google Sheet so I can review output daily. Clear English communication, steady internet, and the discipline to finish assigned batches by the agreed-upon cut-off time are essential.

I release payment in full at the end of each calendar month once the completed task list matches the tracker. Long-term continuity is the goal, so reliability and consistency will be valued more than raw speed.
