Starting completely from scratch means we’ll begin with discovery sessions to tease out goals, user personas, and market opportunities. From there, I expect you to translate our discussions into:
• A concise problem statement and core value proposition
• A high-level feature list that fits the chosen solution (website, mobile app, or custom software—whichever emerges as the best fit)
• Basic user flows or low-fidelity sketches so I can visualise the concept
• A phased execution plan outlining effort, timeline, and dependencies
