Ayurvedic Product Manager for Sales Growth
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a versatile Ayurvedic product manager who can take full ownership of three intertwined areas—product development, marketing & promotions, and supply-chain management—with one clear objective: lifting overall sales.
Product development
You will refine existing formulations and steer new SKUs from concept to shelf while keeping classical Ayurvedic principles, FSSAI/AYUSH compliance, and consumer trends in mind. Sourcing quality herbs, validating suppliers, and coordinating with contract manufacturers all fall under your remit.
Marketing & promotions
A coherent go-to-market plan must cover online marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart, presence in regional physical stores, plus direct-to-consumer campaigns through our own site and social media. Expect to craft positioning, briefs for creatives, launch calendars, and promotional mechanics that translate into higher conversion rates.
Supply chain
From raw-material procurement through finished-goods distribution, help tighten lead times, reduce stock-outs, and ensure every sales channel remains replenished. Data-driven inventory planning and vendor performance tracking are essential.
Key deliverables
• 90-day product & reformulation roadmap
• Channel-wise go-to-market and promotional calendar (online marketplaces, physical stores, D2C)
• Supply-chain optimisation plan with KPIs for OTIF delivery and inventory turns
• Monthly performance dashboards highlighting revenue growth and sell-through rates
Success will be measured by sustained uplift in unit sales and market share across all three channels. Let’s combine ancient wisdom with modern management and make these products reach more people, more often.
