product workshop

I am looking for an expert to lead a half-day product workshop that focuses on improving our product development process. The core product is already on the market, with additional applications actively in from-scratch development (supported heavily by a new ETL capability), and I need some help in order to improve the product development process our team is utilizing. I need someone who can understand the ins and outs of agile product development, and work with my team to come up with strategies to improve our workflows from idea generation to release, as well as adequate roadmapping and timeline planning for communications to other teams and clients.
